Shipping and Returns

Power Appliances offers the following delivery options:

We aim to dispatch all deliveries on the same-day for all Leicestershire orders, and 1 working day for all nationwide orders. However, all delivery times and services are subject to delay during busy, seasonal periods.

If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our quoted delivery times, our customer service team will be in touch with you. For all orders placed on our website, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

All deliveries to the UK are inclusive of VAT.

Same-day collection is available on orders received by 2 pm Monday – Sunday. Please call our customer services team prior to your arrival at our showroom.

All standard UK orders are sent via Specialist couriers, depending on the weight and size of your order. Please note deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Returns and Refunds

At Power Appliances, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be instances when a return is necessary. Please review our returns policy outlined below to help guide you through the process.

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items:

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return, but we may require evidence of the issue (such as photographs) to validate your claim.

  2. Change of Mind (Brand New, Unopened Items):

    If you change your mind and wish to return a brand-new, unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. A collection fee will be charged based on your location:

    • £20 for collections within Leicester
    • £50 for collections outside of Leicester
  3. Manufacturer's Uplift Number:

    If you have obtained an uplift number from the manufacturer because they are unable to repair or replace a faulty item, we will arrange a free collection. Please provide us with the uplift number when contacting our customer service team.

  4. Used Items Returned within 28 Days:

    If you have purchased and used an item but wish to return it within 28 days of purchase, a restocking fee of up to 75% will be charged, depending on the extent of the item's usage. Additionally, a collection fee will be applied based on the item's weight and your location.

Please note that all returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
