Overview
The Matrix MHC101FR is a four zone ceramic hob on black frameless glass. The hob has 6 power levels with an easy clean surface and residual heat indicators alerting you to when the hob is too hot to touch.
Ceramic refers to the finish of a hob rather than the workings of the hob itself. These cooktops work thanks to the heating elements underneath the glass surface which warm up and transfer heat to the selected cooking zone. They are considerably quicker to heat up than their solid plate counterparts. The streamlined and stylish look of ceramic glass along with the ease of use and wipe-clean surface make ceramic hobs a popular choice.
